WHERE DID BEEGIE PLAY?
Ms. Adair played regularly at the Nashville Jazz Workshop in Nashville, TN.  She played clubs and venues around the country regularly.  Among her favorites were Birdland Jazz Club, Carnegie Hall and various Steinway Galleries. Additionally, she traveled internationally to play clubs, festivals, private events and other occasions.

DID BEEGIE PLAY WITH THE SAME BASSIST AND DRUMMER ALL OF THE TIME?
The Beegie Adair Trio is officially Roger Spencer on bass and Chris Brown on drums.  This trio is on all of the Beegie Adair albums produced by Green Hill, Village Square, Burton Avenue and Adair Music Group, LLC.  While Beegie always preferred to use Mr. Spencer and Mr. Brown, there were occasions when a substitute was used on live concert dates, such as date conflicts or illness. 

DID BEEGIE TEACH PIANO? 
Yes, she taught piano at a collegiate level and occasionally privately, but not in the later years of her life. If you're in the Nashville area, we recommend that you contact the Nashville Jazz Workshop to find the name of a private teacher or to discuss the various opportunities that they offer.
