I was lucky enough to discover Beegie's music by accident. I have since bought many CDs and introduced her music to friends. I find her music beautifully lyrical and her improvisations relevant to the original tunes. A wonderful pianist and a true artist.

I "discovered" Beegie's music a couple of months ago. What a joy! While many jazz "artists" are seemingly either trying to do damage to the instrument as they pound out page after page of just musical notes, or else trying to find their niche with yet something else more "out there", this simply soars above the ordinary. Beegie has taken the great music already written, and found heart and soul as yet not discovered in each note and line. What understanding and sensitivity, and a big thank you for sharing with us!!!!

I "Discovered" your music a few months ago. While too many jazz "artists" either are apparently trying to damage the instrument, or else trying to find their niche with something else more "out there", what a joy to finally find this. You have taken the great music that has been rote played until it is jading to hear, and found the hidden soul in each line and note. What a thrill it is to hear yet another subtle nuance each time it is listened to! Beegie, very simply.....we love you!

I grew up listening to Beegie Adair as you were my Mother's absolute favorite jazz pianist! My grandfather was a professional pianist(Norman Wullen) in the Buffalo, NY area. I was fortunate to be given the gift of classical music lessons from him. At age 64 I am continuing my piano lessons and spreading my wings into more jazz. I would love to have a music book with a few of your arrangements as I feel that I could learn so so much. You have a style and technique unto yourself that is just devine.

Beegie ... That you have a love affair with your piano is obvious. I always thought that wonderful way you caress the keys was reserved for Bob Corwin a pianist of some repute from Brooklyn, NY. NOW I have both of you to warm this 86 year old heart. I hear you often on Music Choice. Thank you for countless hours listening to you tickle the ivories.
